JRK GRoup is seeking a passionate and talented Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our web development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces. You will work closely with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless functionality and an excellent user experience across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop User Interfaces: Build responsive, user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and project managers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Optimize Web Performance: Ensure high performance and scalability of web applications by optimizing for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Create Clean, Efficient Code: Write well-structured, maintainable, and reusable code, ensuring that best practices are followed at all times.
• Ensure Mobile-First Design: Implement mobile-first design principles to ensure seamless experiences across various screen sizes and devices.
• Troubleshoot and Debug: Resolve issues related to layout, functionality, and usability, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
• Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keep current with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our websites.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Front-End Developer or in a similar role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Front-End Frameworks: Experience with popular front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Responsive Design: Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and experience with CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
• Version Control Systems: Proficiency with Git for version control and collaboration.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Experience ensuring that web applications function smoothly across all major browsers.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to translate complex design concepts into well-structured, responsive, and visually appealing websites.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• UX/UI Design Understanding: Experience working with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS): Familiarity with WordPress, especially in a theme and plugin development capacity.
