UI/UX Designer – London

• Senior UI/UX Designer
• Experience: 3-4 years
• Salary: $12,000/month
• Mid-Level UI/UX Designer
• Experience: 1-2 years
• Salary: $8000/month

Location: On-site & Remote, UK

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

• Proficiency in Figma for creating high-quality designs and systems.
• Expertise in visual hierarchy, colour theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Competence in responsive design across various devices.
• Experience conducting user research, creating personas, and crafting wireframes and prototypes.
• Knowledge of usability testing methods and feedback integration.
• Ability to design user flows, information architecture, and micro-interactions to enhance UX.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and work in agile environments.
• A results-driven mindset with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects, design process highlights, and measurable impact metrics.
